PENOSIL 25LM Facade Joint Hybrid Sealant - White ( 300ml)
PENOSIL Facade Joint Hybrid 25LM is a MS polymer-based hybrid sealant for sealing and filling various exterior and interior joints. Perfect for joints that require high elasticity and weatherproof performance.

Usage Instructions:
Cut the tip of the cartridge. Screw on the nozzle and cut an opening at a 45° angle which is slightly larger than the joint to be sealed. Place the cartridge onto a sealant gun. Apply the sealant by keeping an even pressure at the gun trigger and smoothly dragging the nozzle along the joint. Remove the excess sealant and smoothen the surface with a suitable tool.
Tips:
- Surfaces to be sealed must be clean, dry and free from any dust, loose particles, oil and old sealant residues. Non-porous surfaces should be cleaned with solvent and a clean, non-fluffy cotton cloth. Excess solvent should be removed with a clean cloth.
- If needed, cover the adjacent surfaces with masking tape. For wide joints, use a backer rod to ensure joints of correct thickness and shape. Ensure sufficient ventilation at the working area.
- During the curing process, make sure that sealed surfaces stay clean and are not under mechanical stress.
- Due to the wide variety of construction materials, we recommend a preliminary compatibility test.
- Uncured product can be removed with PENOSIL Multipurpose Wipes 943 or solvent. Cured product can be removed mechanically.
- Application temperature between +5°C and +40°C.
Limitations:
- Cannot be applied on bitumen or on building materials which might bleed oils, plasticisers, or solvents (e.g. natural rubber, chloroprene, EPDM, etc.).
- Does not adhere to polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) or PTFE (Teflon®).
- Do not use at temperatures below +5°C.
- Not recommended for sealing natural stone surfaces, e.g. marble and granite.

Returns
If you wish to initiate a product return within 14 days, we gladly offer a refund as long as the item is returned in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, labels, and accessories. Kindly complete the provided return form and include it in the package you are sending back.
Please be aware that orders exceeding £100 excluding VAT are subject to a non-negotiable 40% restocking fee.
Ensure that you diligently fill out all the necessary fields on the Returns Form. It is particularly crucial to provide your customer details and order number to facilitate a prompt processing of your return; failure to include this information may result in delays in refund processing.

Orders processed after 12pm using the next-day service option cannot be guaranteed.

Consignments will be delivered using DPD, Evri, and Shipley, or direct from the supplier if stock is not readily available within our warehouse.
Please note that orders placed on a Friday after 12pm for next day delivery will be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Orders placed prior to a Bank Holiday will be delivered two days after the Bank Holiday.

Damages
By ordering with Dortech Direct you agree to inspect goods upon delivery. Damaged goods should be rejected. If you notice damage after the goods are delivered, you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Dortech Direct does not accept damage liability for issues reported over 2 working days from the point of delivery.

Returns
If you need to return a product within 14 days, we are happy to refund the product provided it is returned, as sold, with all the original packaging, tags, labels and accessories.
Prior to returning any goods for any reason, please fill in the Returns Form and put it in the package that you are returning. Please note some orders are subject to up to a 35% restocking fee. This charge represents the administrative time and overheads to reprocess the stock.
