Instructions:
- Ensure application surfaces are clean, dry, and free of grease. Refer to the optimization table in the technical data sheet for pre-treatment guidelines.
- Cut off the thread cap, screw on the nozzle, and cut to the required width.
- Apply adhesive using a suitable application gun, preferably in vertical beads at intervals of 30 cm.
- Join workpieces within the skin formation time. Fasten/press parts together until functional strength is reached.
Mirror Bonding:
- Apply adhesive in vertical beads with a maximum length of 200 mm and a distance between beads of approximately 200 mm.
- Mount the mirror within 10 to 15 minutes after applying the adhesive and press on firmly.
- Fix the mirror tension-free for at least two days.

By ordering with Dortech Direct you agree to inspect goods upon delivery. Damaged goods should be rejected. If you notice damage after the goods are delivered, you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Dortech Direct does not accept damage liability for issues reported over 2 working days from the point of delivery.

Returns
If you need to return a product within 14 days, we are happy to refund the product provided it is returned, as sold, with all the original packaging, tags, labels and accessories.
Prior to returning any goods for any reason, please fill in the Returns Form and put it in the package that you are returning. Please note some orders are subject to up to a 35% restocking fee. This charge represents the administrative time and overheads to reprocess the stock.
